Dear Valued Client,
As per the TRAI guidelines issued on July 19, 2018, DLT (Distributed Ledger Technology) has been implemented by all major telecom operators (BSNL, Videocon, Vodafone, Jio, Airtel) since June 1, 2020. It is now mandatory for all businesses to register their Entity and Sender ID (Header) on the DLT platform to continue sending SMS traffic.
Why DLT Registration is Important?
From June 1st, only messages sent from a DLT-registered entity will be allowed. Messages from non-registered entities will not be delivered.
